200 Free Trees – This Weekend!

This Saturday & Sunday (April 17 & 18) from 10AM-3PM at Putnam Triangle in Clinton Hill (Fulton St. & Grand Ave.) they’re giving away 200 free trees!
Green Fort Greene & Clinton Hill with the FAB Alliance in partnership with New York Restoration Project & MillionTreesNYC & through the generous support of Bloomberg Philanthropies & David Rockefeller present…![]()
All you need is a place to plant & access to water. The tree giver outers wil give you advice & lend a shovel. And trees will be available to individuals, families & community groups for planting on private property only on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies run out. Simple tree planting & care instructions come with your free tree.

All Sold Out – No Trees Sunday.
The turnout Saturday was overwhelming, so instead having of a two-day event on Fulton Street at the Putnam Triangle, all 200 trees were gone in less than 2 hours! Apparently, a lot of you agree that TREES ARE FAB.
